When you’ve lost someone you love, it’s hard to know where to start. Creating a tribute that honors their life can feel overwhelming.
I’m sorry for your loss. If there’s a photograph you love or a story they always told, that’s enough to start. I’ll help you choose what to include and put it together in a film your family can watch at the service and again at home.

A closer look
Which photos should we start with?
The Tribute Package is $245 for up to 100 selected digital photos. The Legacy Package is $345 for up to 100 photos with color and clarity adjustments and a chronological arrangement. The Grand Celebration Package is $495 for up to 200 enhanced photos. These are photo ceilings, not targets; you can begin with fewer.
Can we include their voice or a home movie?
The Cinematic Chronicle Package is $695 for up to 200 photos and up to five minutes of selected supplied video. The DocuMemory Experience is available from $3,250 and adds newly filmed voices, with interviews, travel and finished length agreed in your quote.
One clean supplied voice recording up to 60 seconds can be added to the first three packages for $50. It is included in Cinematic Chronicle and DocuMemory if requested. Recording new interviews is a separate service.
What happens after I write?
If a gathering is planned, tell me the date. We’ll talk about who the film is for, what you already have, and what I can finish in time.
Before I edit, we’ll agree on the music, length and price. You’ll see the film and have a chance to ask for changes before I send the finished file.
Clear extras, agreed first
Add a set of up to 50 additional selected digital photos for $75. Loose printed-photo scanning is $1 per photo. A playable VHS videotape up to two hours is $30 for transfer to digital video. An audio cassette up to 90 minutes is $25 for transfer to a digital audio file.
These physical-media services cover VHS videotapes, loose printed photographs and audio cassettes. Ask before sending damaged material so I can confirm whether it is suitable for a standard transfer. Editing supplied digital photos, video or audio into a film is separate work.
Do I need 100 photos, or have everything organized first?
No. The photo counts are ceilings, and fewer photos are welcome. Tell me approximately what you have. I’ll help you choose a package and explain how to select, order and send the material before editing starts.
Can you scan printed photographs or transfer VHS?
I scan loose printed photographs for $1 per photo and transfer playable VHS videotapes up to two hours for $30 each. Audio cassettes up to 90 minutes are a separate audio transfer at $25 each. Tell me about the condition before sending originals so I can confirm they are suitable for these services.
Will the film work at the venue?
Tell me the venue’s screen, sound and playback setup before the final export. I’ll confirm the file requirements and ask you or the venue to test the delivered file on the actual equipment before the service.
Can I add a voice recording?
One clean supplied digital voice recording up to 60 seconds is $50 with Tribute, Legacy or Grand Celebration, and is included with Cinematic Chronicle or DocuMemory if requested. If your recording is longer or unclear, send a sample before we agree on an edit. Newly filmed interviews are planned separately.
What happens after I see the first version?
Each package includes one consolidated review round from one family contact. Extra review rounds, new material after approval and additional versions are quoted before more editing begins. I’ll deliver a downloadable HD video file and confirm playback requirements with you before the final export.
Can you help on a short deadline?
Let me know the service date first. I’ll check availability, the condition of the material and the time needed for your review before confirming a schedule or rush price.
From Caleb
Who would you like to remember?
A name is enough to begin. If there’s a gathering planned, you can tell me the date, too.
